Chinese paintings combine with fine art created by Faos and crazy girl Judy

When I was 14 years old, I quit my dancing training course and went for chinese historical art course. It was an old man who taught me these following four paintings every weekends. He told me that these four paitings were the sole of "China's Painting". If I could draw these successfully, it meant I could draw other China's Painting sucessfully.

11 years past,the old man has passed away already, but his spirit of painting still lies under my pen.

When I drew these pictures, I could remember everything he told me. The most impressive thing was that" Keep practicing every day and do not be afraid of the difficulties" and " Be modest to learn from others".


Most paintings can give you a spirit. The spirit I gained from my painting experiences was those two sayings the old man said to me. And until now, I still keep these spirit in my heart.



Faos added the background for me. We painted these together in Glassspiders at 2a.m. in Sunderland, England.

Faos told me that FAOS has lots of meanings. There is only one meaning which I can still remember:

Who is Faos ?
I'll tell you one story about him: One night, I was crying because someone affended me baddly. My tears were falling down without stop. " How could this happen to a happy girl as me? " I thought about this for a while and then made a decision: Run to Faos ! Yes! I went to his house at midnight with my pen and notebook. "Faos! Would you please paint with me together now? I wanna draw something which can really express my anger towards that guy who affended me!" Faos was in silence after hearing my words, then he said: " No, Sorry, I can't !" "Why?" I asked.
"Because painting is used to express beautiful things in life not for hate and not for anger !"
